Uzumaki is a truly bizarre tale filled with many stomach-churning moments that will leave you horrified and infinitely intrigued at the same time.

Tomie was Itos first published work he originally submitted to Monthly Halloween a shōjo magazine in 1987 which led to him winning the Kazuo Umezu award. If hes sensitive you might wanna hold off on it and start him off with some of Itos less heavy one offs. Ito has been called a mangaka with his stories drawn and written with an off kilter surreal and otherworldly eeriness.
